#SSDGM Book Review Stay Sexy & Don't Get Murdered is not what I thought it would be. I went into it knowing it was the hosts of My Favorite Murder who wrote it, but I'd never listened to the podcast. I thought knowing what the podcast was about that it would be a true crime memoir. About obsession with true crime, but no. It was almost a self help book. Discussing things like eating disorders, anxiety and, depression. Now the help offered is for people who have these issue to a more mild level than myself. I however loved the book.  Karren and Georgia really do a great job at making the book approachable. I do somewhat wish I'd listened on audio rather than read it in physical form, but it worked fine. The book is laid out almost in Podcast form. Each chapter is a topic, then each author writes a story to depict and explore that topic. At the end they discuss. There were some stories that left me uncomfortable, but that was the point of the stories so I'm not
